You must follow the MLA style and must include the author and name of text that will be used. It could be a book,a journal, a magazine article, or a website source. The outside sources you choose to incorporate into your text analysis must be related to your thesis and must help you prove your argument even further.

The outside sources are not there to prove your thesis, they are there to help you do it, therefore introduction and incorporation of secondary sources must be handled with skill and logistics of your argument.

What can you do as a change agent to manifest change in an organization to make it better. This is where Appreciative Inquiry comes into play. You do need to explore the threats and challenges to the organization, but Appreciative Inquiry asks you to analyze the strengths, the positive aspects of the organization, and how you can leverage those to maximize the strengths.

Since I am a massage therapist who is in ultimately going to be changing careers as a respiratory therapist. I feel this breathing would be beneficial…

I agree with alternative medicine, I am open to alternative medicine in conjunction with western medicine…etc…and then go into Buteyko breathing and why I am for it. Thats where your writing and research comes in and I desire that you be punctual in sending the finished project.
